To give credit where it is due, Kurt Bachmann is as good as they come. When it is 90 degrees outside, the last thing anyone wants to do is tromp through backyards, drive all over town looking at houses (that may or may not reek of animal urine), and repeatedly remind my clueless self which house it was we looked at that had the thing and which one had the deal.
